This is one of my all-time favorite superfood shakes!
- 1 cup Raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1+ cup Water
- 1 Scoop Chocolate Shakeology (I like the vegan!)
- (Optional) Add 1 cup of cauliflower or spinach for added veggies!
- Put all ingredients in the blender
- Blend until smooth
- Add water to change consistently to your liking (sometimes I add ice if I want it thicker)
