💪🏻 I stayed consistent with workouts
This year been crazy and all these gains have been made with home workouts! Literally, for like 5 months I only had two 5lb weights and I still made gains! I never lifted heavier than 10lb and worked out for an average of 30 minutes a day!
Of course, I added hiking, biking, outdoor adventures in too cause I love them but still this is awesome!
