Protein Waffles

This is a quick & easy way to add a bit of protein to you breakfast!

Equipment

  • 1 Waffle Maker
  • 1 Measuring Cup or Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1 scoop protein powder (I use chocolate)
  • 1 tbsp flour (I use GF 1-to-1)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • cup milk (I use oat milk)
  • 1 tsp Coco Powder (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, add all ingredients. Add the milk until it is the consistency you want, about ¼ - ½ cup.
  • Mix until smooth.
  • Pour into waffle maker & bake.
  • Makes 3-4 mini waffles
