Protein Waffles
This is a quick & easy way to add a bit of protein to you breakfast!

1 Waffle Maker
1 Measuring Cup or Bowl
- 1 scoop protein powder (I use chocolate)
- 1 tbsp flour (I use GF 1-to-1)
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ⅓ cup milk (I use oat milk)
- 1 tsp Coco Powder (optional)
In a small bowl, add all ingredients. Add the milk until it is the consistency you want, about ¼ - ½ cup.
Mix until smooth.
Pour into waffle maker & bake.
Makes 3-4 mini waffles
